Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Petroleum Engineering from institute of national/international repute.
Experience
- Must have retired at least from Grade G (General Manager) or equivalent post from OIL or any other PSU engaged in E&P activities under Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in field operations which should include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Drilling/Workover operations.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in Fishing operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning the course of action for stuck string or recovering fish left in hole by studying the well history.
- Planning and supervising/monitoring of back off operations for stuck string.
- Designing fishing string ensuring proper selection/placement of Jar.
- Planning/supervising/monitoring of fishing operations.
- Physically checking the condition of all tools.
