SBI Chief Officer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Basic Requirement
● Indian Army : Brigadier or above
● Indian Navy : Commodore or above
● Indian Air Force : Air Commodore or above
● Indian Police Service or Para-Military Services : Inspector General or above
Preferred Experience
● Proven leadership and management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Familiarity with Indian security regulations and laws
● Knowledge of security technologies (e.g. CCTV, Access control etc.)
SBI Chief Officer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting, Interview & CTC related negotiations
Shortlisting: The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview.
Interview: Interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in interview will be decided by the Bank.
Merit list: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only.
