pwd recruitment 2024 Vacancy Details :-

A. Graduate Apprentices : (Engineering/Technology)

Graduate Apprentices : (Engineering/Technology)

• A Degree In Engineering or Technology (Regular-Fulltime) granted by a statutory university in relevant discipline.
• A Degree In Engineering or Technology (Regular-Fulltime) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of parliament in relevant discipline.
• Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the state government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Technician(Diploma) Apprentices (Engineering/Technology)

• A Diploma In Engineering or Technology (Regular-Fulltime) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
• A Diploma In Engineering or Technology (Regular-Fulltime) granted by a University In relevant discipline.
• A Diploma In Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

Non-Engineering Graduates

• A Degree in Arts / Science /Commerce / Humanities such as B.A / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BBM / BCA etc., (Regular-Fulltime) granted by a statutory university / Deemed University in relevant discipline – UGC approved.

pwd recruitment 2024 Reservation Of Vacancies :-

• Guidelines under Apprentice Act on Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD will be followed. Those who are applying for pwd recruitment 2024 and Claiming Reservation under SC/ST/OBC/PwD shall provide certificate as per Government standard format, failed which there claim for reservation will be considered as ‘GENERAL’ Category only. If BB/MBC candidate claiming OBC (Non-creamy layer) category, they should bring OBC(NCL) certificate as per the approved(OBC (NCL) format from the certificate issuing authority.

Minimum Physical Standards :-

• As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship rule 1992, and amendments thereof if any.

Duration of Training :-

• The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of 1 year as per Apprenticeship (Amendments) Act 1973.

pwd recruitment 2024 Previous Training/ Experience :-

• Candidates who have already undergone or currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprenticeship (Amendments) Act 1973, and/or ahving one year or more experience are Not Eligible to Apply.

pwd recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure :-

• Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) is interested with the task of preparation of shortlist from the online application data of pwd recruitment 2024. Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the basic prescribed qualification as applicable to the respective disciplines. Shortlisted candidates shall be intimated through their registered Email id. Shortlisted candidates have to appear for Certificate Verification at PWD, Chennai.

student will be generated.
After completion of enrollment (new portal
migration) process
